Cracker Mix
To kick off with something quick and easy, this delicious cracker mix gets mouths watering without hassle.
Ingredients
One large Cheez-Its box
One Wheat Thins box
6 ounces of Butter Snaps pretzels
Two 7.5 ounce bags of Nacho Cheese Bugles
Two small bags of Goldfish
Two packages of dry ranch dressing mix
½ teaspoon of red pepper
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 ½ cups of canola oil
Directions
Mix the snacks in a large bowl or paper sack, shaking well.
That’s it! Serve in the bowl or a nice tupperware container and enjoy!
Hawaiian Poppy Seed Ham Sliders
Whether the team you’re rooting for wins or loses, guests will surely get a kick out of these easy Super Bowl sliders and homemade poppy seed sauce!
Slider Ingredients
24 Hawaiian rolls
24 honey ham slices
24 small slices of Swiss cheese
1/3 cup of mayonnaise
1/3 cup of Miracle Whip
Poppy Seed Sauce Ingredients
1 teaspoon of poppy seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons of yellow mustard
1/2 cup of butter (melted)
1 tablespoon of minced onion
1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and cut the buns in half to prepare sandwiches.
Mix the mayonnaise and Miracle Whip and spread this mixture onto both sides of the buns. Place a slice of ham and cheese on the bottom half of each sandwich as you go.
Whisk together the ingredients in a bowl to make the poppy seed sauce. After this, pour the sauce on top of all buns and leave until it sets.
Cover the sandwiches with aluminum foil and bake for 10-15 minutes. Take them out of the oven to cool and enjoy!
